Roles and Responsibilities: 1)After receiving W.O the same shall be reviewed in the Work Order Review meeting accordingly decision of W.O acceptance or Rejected shall be finalized.2)If it is accepted dispatch date shall be informed to customer as per the requirement of the customer.3)Estimation of the raw materials and verification of stock accordingly raised the indent for raw materials procurement and the same shall be forwarded to purchase dept.4)As per the availability of the material, daily production plans shall be made and the same executed in order to achieve the monthly production targets.5)As per the daily production plan, process sheets shall be prepared for all the machines for all the operations.6)Verification of daily production plan execution and collecting the feedback from the production supervisors and to make CAPA in case of non compliance.7)Optimum utilization of materials, machines, man power.8)Minimization of waste generation (scrap)9)Conducting the Dye Penetration inspection (also called as DPT) for detection of surface breaking flaws in the material.10)To Check and maintain all the PPC Records. 11)Reporting to the SBU Head on daily activities

Roles and Responsibilities: 1)Studying the drawings thoroughly, understanding it and preparing schedule. 2)Effectively getting the work done from the Sub Contractors, planning ahead and providing them area so that they can execute their work, providing them all necessary requirements like Consumables, Raw Material, etc a day or two in advance.3)Striving to reduce & minimize the wastage or damage caused to our company by the Sub Con and always ensures that the work gets done as per the Method Statement in addition with the Quality that meets to the fullest. 4)Monitoring their man power and also their progress and also their billings.5)Ensuring disturbances like stacking of unused materials to avoid the work and crosscheck whether they are working as per our Approved Method of Statement or not. Preparing Cutting Plans, which plays an important role in reducing the Scrap level & make use of the complete Material.6)Cost Coding for the Project that I’m responsible for, Checking whether the project is up to date, monitoring the details and presuming the risk factors that may arise during the work progress.
