Major Milestones◆ Turned around the loss making company, from 70% equity dilution, INR 30 million sales and INR 27 million carry forward losses, to INR 950 million sales and PBIT of INR 70 million, over five years. Part of the global team of Ficosa to lead the acquisition of the Mirror business of Magneti Marelli group based in Italy and merge with existing operations in globe including India.◆ Worked with Ficosa on the acquisitions of WILKE Germany to add the large truck mirrors in there range and then worked with ARIA to make large mirrors mandatory for Indian commercial trucks in 2006.◆ Enhanced the company’s product & technical knowledge base by building the technical competence to design develop mirrors locally and give solution to OEMS at low cost.
