Experience P2V, V2V datacenter migrations using VMware standalone converter. Experience with different hardware such as HP, Cisco UCS, DELL, EMC, Netapp, Cisco Switches.  Experience in working on Heavy Operations based environment and delivering 24/7 support as required by the client.
