As I am in Vendor Management Process, I oversee and manage the vendor master data within an organization. I will be responsible for ensuring vendor information's accuracy, completeness, and integrity in the company's systems.My primary objective of a vendor master's job is to ensure accurate and up-to-date vendor information within the organization's systems. This includes creating and maintaining vendor records, verifying vendor details, and updating relevant data such as contact information, payment terms, banking details, tax information, and other contractual details.• Ensure accurate and up to date vendor information.• Creating and maintaining Vendor records.• Preparation of month end close reports.• Able to constantly meet client deadlines on the deliverables with 100% accuracy.• Creating new vendor or supplier setup into system, requesting required onboarding documents from vendor or suppliers.• Coordinating with sourcing team if and then required.• Adding the new vendor to the system and changing/removing user details based on vendor requests.• Maintaining other contractual details of vendors.
