In this role as Customer Consultant my overall task was to ensure that my performances were in line with the targets set for me, and contributing sufficiently enough for the store to succeed. Along with this I was tasked, along with the team, to keep the standards of the stores appearance to level that displays the compnay in the best possible light. Apart from the aesthetics being a factor in the way the company is percieved, the service levels in stores had to be world class, this is a measure I held true to, making sure each customer recieved a truly world class service to make sure they returned to our company for their next visit.

I held this role each summer from July up until September from 2007 to 2009, as i continued my education with Sixth Form at Fulneck. The role constituted controlling payroll for the team, managing clients quotes and ensuring that deadlines were met in responding to clients with these quotes. I worked closely with the management team and Director of the company to learn management styles, skills and leadership behaviours to enhance my effectiveness in the role.
