• Responsible for managing team that support maintenance and monitoring, Implementation of network and security devices on clients infra domain. • Manages client’s relationship and reporting and works with multiple levels of management. • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly performance report to management and client. • Handle the escalation from client and track them till it get resolved. • Handles the change management, problem management, incident management. • Create new design proposal to the client for their Data Center Security Migration. • Creating migration plan for data center security devices like- Checkpoint firewall, Cisco-ASA firewall, load balancer, etc. • Managing and tracking Infra refresh activity for all end of life devices of client’s Data Center. • Create a LLD & HLD of the client’s infrastructure as per considering their requirements. • Handles the level 3 escalation from client for various technologies like –Checkpoint, ASA, Netscaler, VPN etc. • Responsible for circuit operations/capacity for corporate devices of organization (Wan, MPLS, BGP) • Design and Deployment of Cisco ACS, NAC. • Responsible for coordinating/opening Tac cases and working with Cisco and checkpoint TAC Engineer to narrow down issue. • Firewall’s Design and Implementation of Cisco ASA, checkpoint. • Configuration and Implementation of new NAT and ACL. • Troubleshooting of security related problems and issues and assisting customers. • Managing L3 Security issues at customer premises and taking the responsibility end to end. • Troubleshoot complex network & security related problems and prepare the solution document for future reference. • Exposure and hand on experience including end to end troubleshooting on proxy security devices. • Creation of policies and rules in respective Firewall. • Managing team of Network/Server & development.

• Firewall’s Design and Implementation of Fortinet, Cyberoam, Checkpoint. • Configuration and Implementation of new NAT and ACL. • Troubleshooting of security related problems and issues and assisting customer. • Managing L2 Security issues at customer premises and taking the responsibility end to end. • Troubleshoot complex network & security related problems and prepare the solution document for future reference. • Exposure and hand on experience including end to end troubleshooting on proxy security devices. • Creation of policies and rules in respective Firewall. • Managing the open/pending tickets updates. • Coordinating with Vendors to resolve issues within SLA. • Upgrading of firewall. • Troubleshooting and support with vendor on p1 issues for Firewall and other security devices.

• Managing Data Centres of UK & US in Mix environment. • Coordination/liasioning with network providers. • Installation/ Implementation of Window WSUS server. • Create & mange infra for software development team. • Managing/ monitoring Microsoft Exchange server. • Managing Backup, Setup & troubleshooting of Active Directory. • Schedule backup of SSD data, Database & its recovery testing. • Managing all DNS, Domain record, Exchange record & other services.
