Roles and responsibilities: • Understanding of recruiting methodology and processes involved from inception to closing on a prospective candidate.• Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.• Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.• Exclusive experience in working with tax term like C2C.• Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews.• Updating consultant about the status of the submission either it is submitted or rejected.• Forming and maintaining employee records• Organize and maintain personnel records.• Update internal databases.• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.• Revise company policies.• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
