Assistant Account Manager
CurrentJob Responsibilities: DIRECT TAX:- Preparations of Income tax Assessment & Scrutiny Cases U/s 153 (A), 142(2) and 143(3) and sales tax/ GST assessments replies and also coordinate or visit Income tax & sales Tax/GST department with Consultant. Filling of Income Tax Returns of group Companies and Individuals. Filling of TDS Returns & Wealth Tax return of the group Companies. Filling of Form 15CA & 15CB for foreign remittance. Filling of GST Returns and Registration/ Migration. Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Financial Reports:- Preparation of Quarterly and annually financial report (Balance sheet) of the group companies. Coordinate with auditors for financial and accounting audit of all the group companies. Preparation of financial utilisation (Cash Flow) report on monthly basis. Prepare Inter unit Companies, Supplier Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis. Preparation of future projection of cash requirement (Cash Budget) report on monthly basis for the group companies. Daily accounting and financial work:- Preparation & Finalization of accounts on day to day basis in tally ERP software. Preparation payment advice, Cheques as per requirement and coordinate with the bank for RTGS/NEFT and other Payments. Prepare Inter unit Companies, Supplier Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis. Coordinate with plant and depot for arranging information, for concerned as required by seniors related to finance and accounts on daily basis. Check all the arithmetic accuracy of daily expenses vouchers of the group companies. Secretarial work:- Preparation and Finalization of secretarial forms Annual filling of AOC-4, MGT-7 and XBRL filling and also filling of DIR-12 of director appointment forms and also making Resolutions or agreements on requirement of the organisation.
