Undertaken Overall Quality Function at Project Site including Preparation of QAP/QCP, QA/QC Procedures, ITP's, WPS, PQR & WPQ, Onsite Inspection and Control inline with ITP's and Project Specification

Nature of work:a) Review of QA/QC Procedures of Piping and Structure and Equipments.b) Witnessing Procedure Qualification Record & Welder Qualification Test.c) Coordinating with Client, Contractor & Sub Contractor.d) Inspection of Inward Material with regards to the actual Traceability against Manufacturer Test Certificate & Project Specification.e) Review& Witness the Inspection Reports of Fabrication Activities.f) Interpretation of Radiography film of Fabricated items Joints.g) Stage wise Inspection As per QC plan: Like Material Identification Fit up, Weld Visual, NDT Clearance, Dimension & Level check, Mechanical Clearance, Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Bolt Torque & Commissioning etc.h) Inspection of the Piping System as Per the GA drawings, P&ID & Isometrics Drawings.i) Implementation of Quality system at the site as per QAP.j) Carrying out vendor inspection.k) Inspection of Casing and Tubing and Coupling Stocks as per API 5CT and Directive-010 for Canada. • API 1104, API 570, API 571, API 574, API 577, API 578, API 5L, API 602, API 6D, API 598, API 650, API RP-2A, API 6A, API RP-2X, etc.• ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME SEC II (Part-A, B & Part-C), ASME SEC.V, ASME SEC.VIII Div.1, ASME SEC.IX, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11, ASME B16.48, etc.• NACE MR-0175, NACE MR-0103, NACE TM-0284, NACE TM 0177, etc.

 Prepare and Implement work schedule and Standard Quality Procedure. To Make the Work Instruction Procedure for NDT and Other Quality Test Like Hydraulic & Pneumatic Test, etc. To Make the Safety (HSE) Documents and ensure that the same To Contractors & Workers.  To Make a Standard Quality Assurance Plan or Inspection Test Plan.  Allocating Standard Electrodes for Jobs to vendors. All The Quality Records, Calibration Certificate of All Measuring Instruments, Gauges, etc is to be Perform as Per Standard. Study the Equipment, Structural, Ducting & Piping drawings and Inspection Carried Out as per QAP/ITP. (Up to 600+ MW Thermal Power Plant) Final Inspection & Quality Test like U.T., R.T, MT and DPT TEST (NDT) Carried out as Per Standard.Thermal Power Plant (600+MW), Steel Plant (600+MW), Oil, Gas, Refinery &Cement Plant (2x230MW) Products & Conducting Inspection:-Boiler Pressure Parts & Non – Pressure Parts Components: Boiler Columns, Tie & Floor Beams, Supporting Structure & etc. Heat Exchangers and Economiser tubes.  Boiler Steam Drum and separator vessels. Air Cool Condenser Structural, Ducting & Condensate Storage Tanks, Etc.  ACC to Turbine Ducting. Flue Gas Ducting. (Eg: APH to Furnace, Economiser to APH Inlet, Etc.) Ceiling Structure, Coal Bunker, & Vent Stack.
