- Turned around the most de-growing city (Chennai) to get back on its growth track from -17% in Jan to +5% growth in Sept - Managed a Partner base of 500+ partners with a team of 5 BDAs and 2 Trainers.- Onboarded 40+ partners in the span of 2 months with ideal partner share of 80% in the first few months of joining.- Improved the City's Quality (GNPS) by 10% by keeping the fulfilment tight and delivering with good quality.- Implemented various projects in the city, improved the overall partner utilization by 25% and overall fulfilment by 5%.

CampusVeda is an initiative that aims to provide live training to students along with assured internships.- Setting up the initial process of the startup through Market Research by working along with the Founders.- Partnering with different companies and startups for our Assured internship program.- Developing new strategies to improve our Company's Growth and revenue.- Handling all our social media pages and keeping them active by posting innovative content.
