TCS (16 Years)Associated with TCS for 16+ years. Started as developer and assumed higher roles in delivery as Senior Consultant handled delivery of large teams of upto size of 300.Started as developer for a Retail customer at offshsore. Moved to a large M&A project elevated as Project Lead while working oniste in 2005. Successfully created small offshore team of 5 which increased to 30+ in an year. As part of this journey of creating larger teams handled end to end project management activities - customer, people, technical and financial management. Defined process for requirement gathering, HLD, LLD, Build, IST, UAT and implementation. Proven in meeting delivery commitments with high standards of quality lead ways into QA and production support teams. Moved to offshore to assume delivery manager for team of 100+ in 2009. And added multiple portfolios as part of reorg between 2011 to 2017 extended the delivery teams sizing to 300. Acquired good hands on experience in understanding the operational parameters that helped achieved goal of improving margins of 300 bps for 2 consecutive quarters in FY14.
