Enviromove | Founder | 5/23 - 4/24● As a personal project I developed a platform based delivery service connecting high street stores with their local customer base through a streamlined and intuitive system. With five clients particularly florists I was able to create a viable service which filled an evident crack in a vast industry.● This was an invaluable experience, providing me with the opportunity to explore all aspects of a business and really develop my own character, where I learnt a great deal about my strong work ethic. Within this experience I developed significantly my communication skills through sales and customer relations, critical thinking from overcoming numerous obstacles and creativity through developing and evolving a brand and a concept.Buzzbike | Rider Operations | 4/22 - 4/23● I was responsible for day to day operations at start-up Buzzbike, where I held a multitude of responsibilities from managing the drivers to ensuring back end processing was not faulting. I developed and showed leadership qualities daily as I was able to respond and resolve operation related issues.● In an operationally dependant company I was tasked with analysing and improving the current operations system, by working with my colleagues I was able to make significant contributions on the efficiency of the company, an example was ironing out mistakes made with deliveries related to backend issues, which when completed saved the company on average £500 a week.FDM Group | Software Testing Consultant | 9/21 - 12/21● Worked as a software testing consultant, where I underwent an intense training course and learnt coding languages such as; Python, Sql and Unix to an intermediate level.● Was able to provide clients with software based solutions within a team employing communication, planning and time management skills.Newcastle University | Consultancy Project | 10/20 - 5/21● I carried out a consultancy project alongside ExP recruitment, to source an optimal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and software. I was able to present an excellent service achieving 97% for the project and 90% for the group presentation.Newcastle London Finance Society | Co-Founder & Head Secretary | 10/19 - 6/20● Co-founder and Head secretary of London Finance Society of Newcastle University.● I was able to tremendously boost my leadership and organisational skills by arranging and promoting society events which were held weekly.
