Infosys was technology partner and responsible for end-to-end delivery for a new web-based platform hosted on managed cloud, which consists of multiple portals for public, state employees and providers, as well as platform integrations with Georgia MMIS and multiple external vendors (HRST, SIS, GCAL, Smarty Streets).As Business Consultant, my responsibilities included -- Lead and provide guidance to the globally distributed cross-functional teams across Delivery and Consulting streams (60-70 people team).- Build the functional architecture for the platform, define the solution components, and design the user experience- Review requirements and solution alternatives, to-be process maps, and design documents- Define the data migration strategy and manage the data migration from Legacy to new platform.- Ensure solution meets all state/federal regulations, like HIPAA, MITA, Section 508 accessibility, etc.- Anchor training activities for end-users and enhance adoption by creating champions across the state- Participate and present in steering committee meetings with Georgia ASO CEO, CIO and Agency Directors- Develop excellent rapport with client and peers through proactive communication leading to removal of bottlenecks for smooth execution of the project
