As a senior Associate I had a small part in Business development of the firm and an admin role for the internal team.Spent a great deal of time setting up ESD strategies, methodologies and review of outgoing reports and incoming Key Contents. Had a great team and overseeing their work output to meet their respective goals of Sustainable design benchmarks & Rating System compliance benchmarks was the role.As PROJECT HEAD (DESIGN), I was responsible to ensure a project meets all mandatory requirements of Rating system. Initiate the integrative design process for projects in early stages and set environmental benchmarks for the team.Working in coherence with principal consultant to arrive at appropriate environmental strategies for new projects.Perform periodic assessment of the project to ensure compliance to various benchmarks. Review all the simulation reports and guide the analysts with input data for modelling.As senior analyst; new responsibilities such as preparation of final reports, presentation of reports to stakeholders. and Design Charade with design team were added.As an Analyst, I worked under the supervision of senior consultant. primary duties was to build the digital models and run simulation and assemble data in appropriate format for senior consultant to review and assess.
