- Location: Currently working as one of the two Scribe Leads for Inland Vineyard Free Clinic's Hulen Shelters site, one of two locations IVFC serves in the Riverside area. Inland Vineyard Free Clinic is a street medicine clinic associated with UCR School of Medicine, and is a component of Inland Vineyard Church.- Supervision: Responsible for giving a brief rundown of the flow of scribing to ensure newer volunteers understand what needs to be collected (also ensures progress notes and consent forms are collected/signed). - Delegation: Assigns patients to committee members & oversees volunteers scribing; also directs providers to patients based on orders established by stickers.- Scribing: Utilize scribing skills to update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information collected from any patients seen at the clinic (keeping each record confidential).
