Koe is a Social Enterprise striving to amplify the voices of sexual assault survivors in Singapore through a social media campaign and a fundraiser. Our team made floral crochet items and raised over $1500 to donate to AWARE to provide sexual assault survivors with free, confidential and specialised services to help them deal with their experiences and make decisions about their next steps. Our social media campaign covers topics and posts about sexual assault on Instagram as well as a podcast on Youtube to further raise awareness.

As a Senior Executive in the Outreach & Engagement Department, I have played a various roles in supporting the company. As the IC for email blasts, I managed communication strategies effectively. I was an integral member of the visioning team for YCS's 10th anniversary, and I provided Secretariat Support to the Engagement Department Deputy Director for the Youth Corps 10th Anniversary Carnival.In my role as Intern Overall IC, I oversaw all aspects of internship management, including recruitment and welfare. I also served as the 2nd IC for the Commencement Ceremony 2024, where I was responsible for coordinating ushers, catering, and registration. My work extended to fostering partnerships with minority groups such as SINDA and the North District Mosque, and I acted as Emcee IC for Fireflies 2023. As the Point of Contact (POC) for various initiatives, I managed the 2nd re-engagement and SIM InPsychful outreach booths and supported the NUS CTPCLC Outreach.Additionally, I supported YCLP recruitment and led coding games for kids and Do Good Fest recruitment. As Co-Lead of the Engagement Taskforce and Lead for the Ambassadors Cluster, I guided youth volunteer groups in serving the community through their skillsets. My involvement in the Youth ALIVE! partnership with SHINE Children & Youth Services further highlights my commitment to encouraging at-risk youths to engage in community service.

As part of the Outreach & Engagement team in Youth Corps Singapore, I was exposed to learning of how to recruit volunteers and maintain relationships and collaborations. I planned and excuted multiple outreach with youths ranging drom University and Polytechnic students to even planning an engagement sessions between SPS Mdm Rahayu Mahzam and University Community Service Club Leaders. I also took part in meetings to find ways to expand collaboration and partnerships with other organizations. Besides recruitment of volunteers, we also focus on the key events in Youth Corps such as Fireflies (Volunteer Appreciation Day) and Youth Corps Leaders Commencement Ceremony. I assisted in planning and executing these events through management of emcees, pre-engagement games, performers and more. For Fireflies, I managed The Faces of Youth Corps Singapore (appreciation for outstanding volunteers) which consisted of me taking charge of pre, during and post publicity materials and emails. I also took charge of the tokens of appreciation given out on the day of Fireflies itself as well as used Adobe Illustrator to create a photo wall or our Faces of Youth Corps to be displayed in The Red Box (Youth Corps building)I also worked on the Youth Corps Leaders Commencement Ceremony whereby i took charge of the emcees, pre-engagement game and performers by liasing with the right party, gathering details and securing the project. I also helped on the day itself to coordinate the emcees and certificate presentation. This ceremony was graced by Mdm President Halimah Yacob and Miniset Edwin Tong. The formality of the event allowed me to showcase my ambassadorial skills of maintaing brand image and professionalism through details.

As a Part-Time Beauty Advisor at The Body Shop, I anticipated customers’ needs and provide high-quality service while upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. I built my product knowledge to recommend appropriate products for my clients based on their skin types and allergies. I also meticulously handled POS system transactions including credit, cash, exchanges, returns and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow. Lastly, I always maintained a clean, organized inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal products.
