Jeevesh is an accomplished Regional Counsel, company secretary, member of the India leadership team and ex-Board member of a group company, covering Asia Pacific with over 23 years’ experience across several industries with specialisation in IT and ITeS . He is recognized for his analytical prowess, original and deep thinking, structured approach and exceptional advisory skills. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to develop, implement and improve processes and take on initiatives outside of his core area of contracts. In his most recent role as Legal Counsel Southeast Asia at Technicolor, Jeevesh led legal, compliance advisory and corporate secretarial function across four entities, two business units, located in four states and managed a team of two legal counsel (with peak people span of 20). Post split of Technicolor at corporate level, he now heads the legal, compliance advisory and corporate secretarial function for Asia Pacific. Known for his attention to detail and analytical prowess, he saved c. US$ 400 million while negotiating a lease renewal and saved amounts ranging from 92 to 100% while successfully defending quasi dispute arising out of commercial contract and show cause notice from government ministries. He planned, researched and successfully led discussion with a politically affiliated trade union in Maharashtra resulting in polite yet firm refusal to their demand.Jeevesh is a dynamic leader who values integrity, deep and original analysis and thoroughness uninfluenced by prevalent bias or belief.
