• Gathering client requirements for daily and monthly reports, liasing and sharing it with the clients.
• Identify the assets and create the assets from non-inventory goods movement like laptops, accessories etc during month end before depreciation run.
• Identify the assets and create the assets from expense accounts like laptops, accessories, monitors during month end before depreciation run.
• Preparation and posting of journal entries, maintenance of balance sheet accounts, completion of the month end closing transactions/procedures and ensuring that the general ledger
• Ensuring the local fields transactions/entries posted in SAP is same as that of USGAAP.
• Responsible for preparing the desktop procedure for all new process as per client requirements.

• Accurately reviewed vendor statement and process past due invoices as necessary.
• Accurate and timely payment to vendors and employee claims.
• Monitor the invoice payments for accuracy.
• To check the vendor specific before making a payment and manage to pay the vendor on time.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
