• Handled on-boarding for different clients like Unisys, National Grid, WDC, Affiliated computers services, Benton & Dickenson, Energy Future Holdings, GMAC, Gillette and Caterpillar in the account of pre employment.• Conduct professional reference check for the candidates prior to their hire.• Ensure that the process is followed well as the background investigation, drug test and client documents process varies from client to client.• Keeping the new jonnies warm and maintaining the employee database. • Preparing offer letter, Employments Agreement, Salary Advance Letters. Termination Letter and couple of work related documents.• Collecting HR related documents and certification based on the requirement before their joining. • Schedule training and ensure that the candidate attends it.• Following up with the candidate on taking the Drug test.• Conducting candidates Background check and drug test on the specific client related portals.• Following up with the agencies to get the results on time.• Working closely with the candidate in getting the documentation completed on a timely manner.• Working closely with the agencies to get the results on time and provide additional help if required.• Co-coordinating with the account managers and the VMO’s on daily basis.• Making changes to the process documents if required from time to time.• Ensure that the candidate starts the project as smooth as possible.• Used various portals like, E-verification, LexisNexis, A-check, Verification and many more.• Identify any unusual activity on candidates and flag if anything inappropriate is found to ensure good quality of hires.
