• Responsible for daily operational support of Panasonic and IBM’s ID Access Management and Infrastructure Terminations processes. • In reviewing every ID request for appropriateness to ensure adherence to Panasonic and IBM’s security policies and guidelines; including Imack compliance. A summary of Security and Complains Team responsibilities include:• Ownership of approval process for privilege access to ensure security compliance • Operational execution of the ID access approval process • Development and deployment of ID Management metrics • Providing oncall support• Knowledge of working on Change Management, Incident Management access requests.• Responsibilities from Security Fulfillment side mainly includes three kind of tasks need to complete based on the request for all the application like • Create New User, Modification of Existing User and Deleting or Revoking User access.• Creating user logins with appropriate roles, dropping and locking the logins, monitoring the user accounts, creation of groups, granting the privileges to users and groups, assigning the users to particular groups.• Troubleshooting and helping out the user to get access to the requested application.• Sending communications to employees once the access is created.• Working on Active Directory.• Responsible for the adherence to fulfill the request with in the SLA period.• Effective in interacting with the client and resolving user access issues through email and telephone communication.• Effective in training new Process Executives.• Realizing and identifying the BEST PRACTISE and sharing the new updates with the team.
