 To coordinate and manage the ACMV team and works To ensure that the submission of drawings and selection of equipment is within schedule To highlight and resolve any issues that will affect the construction at site to ensure that the project can be delivered in time To manage cost effectively and to ensure that the overall cost of the project is maintained within the budget Liaise with client, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure designs, drawings, progress and site matters are in order.

 Package manager responsible in overseeing infra works for Power and Water Coordinate and manage the overall works of the subcontractors Monthly cost card reporting to ensure that overall of the project is still within the stipulated budget allocated Verifying progress claims submitted by the subcontractors against the actual workdone on site Attend weekly meeting with subcontractors to keep track of their progress at site Issue variations to consultants, contractors and verifying the scope of works that were missed out in contracts Provide short and medium range work programme to consultants, subcontactors and team of management (colleagues and subordinates) Safety in the project is the priority, therefore to apply and emphasize safety to all works and working levels All ensure all site testing and commissioning are to be done accordingly

-Coordinate for all M&E related Building Services-Ensuring all services meet the project timeline-Monitor subcontractors work progress-Evaluate and verify subcontractors progress claims-Submission of all relevant documents eg. shop drawings, RFI, O&M etc to relevant parties-Meet consultants, architects and clients' requirements-Create a more enjoyable and positive working environment -Handling over M&E Services to management and to rectify all defect list/ renovation works-Leading a team of people for M&E services

Responsible for designing, construction and commissioning of the complete air-conditioning system for commercial buildings. Constantly attend to consultant and client’s requirement to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor sub-contractors on site for compliance to specification as well as contract.
