After working as a Senior Network Engineer for 10 years designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure for a local Wireless Internet Service Provider, I struck out on my own and founded JEFA Tech, a wireless product and solutions company. Combining my professional network engineering experience and my private study and hobby of amateur radio, JEFA Tech was born to provide products and solutions to the professional wireless networking industry as well as individual consumers and hobbyists. Today, JEFA Tech has grown to employ four full time employees, as well as a number of contract workers, and continues to remain on track with slow, steady growth. My role at JEFA Tech has slowly transformed from the guy that does all of the front line work, to more of a managerial, oversight, and strategic role.
