My professional experience as CEO in the built environment spans decades. After selling my 20-year-old company Sequil Systems to a private equity group, I helped integrate the firm into a much larger entity, whereas I provided guidance and expertise in areas such as corporate strategy, sales, finance and market positioning. The merged companies continue under the CodeGreen sustainability and compliance banner. Today I extend my entrepreneurial spirit within the building design and construction/AECO space. As Managing Partner and co-founder of Dinpro LLC I am opening the US market for Grupo Dinpro, an architecture/engineering firm with 40 years' experience designing and building complex industrial and healthcare facilities, specializing in cold supply chain, food and beverage. Additionally I have founded a BIM to TWIN digital project management firm, which provides a single-ownership BIM platform integrating all of the design, construction, vendor and automation systems into a single entity. The intent is to establish an accurate “single element of truth” building model to optimize facility functionality so as to integrate and extend into a high-performance Digital Twin. I am deeply passionate about creating great companies with inspiring missions and valuable service. I have expertise in building design and construction with a commitment to making these buildings vital for their owners, occupants, visitors and community.
