At FCC, I served as a full-time Technical Sales Representative, specializing in the sales and technical consultancy of industrial adhesives and thermoplastic compounds for injection, including TPU, TPE, TPV, TR, EVA, and TVR. My focus was on diversified markets such as footwear, automotive, technical parts, among others.During my time at FCC, I successfully developed new clients and markets, providing technical and commercial support in product and process along with clients. Additionally, I played a role in the implementation of FCC's distribution unit in Mexico and participated in the implementation of the CRM system (Sales Force).

At Fortrade Do Brasil Industria y Comercio S.A de C.V., I held the position of Commercial Manager, where I led the sales team (in the machinery and hot melt adhesives division), planned and guided sales activities, provided customer service and developed new clients, products, and segments for the company. I also participated in developing strategies to expand our market share and presence.Additionally, I provided support in the development of new products and services, with experience in extrusion blow molding of EVA adhesives. I was responsible for setting and achieving performance goals and indicators. I also provided technical and commercial support, including installation, training, and maintenance of laminating machines.During my time at the company, I successfully implemented an adhesive unit in Colombia, introducing machinery for laminates, helmets, and reinforcements. I also trained technical and sales staff, as well as visited and served clients.

As a Technical Consultant at Polynner Indústria Termoplástica Ltda, I specialized in footwear products, including helmets, reinforcements, interlinings, and materials for footwear and bags. My work covered all of Brazil, providing support throughout the entire production process. I was responsible for material selection and recommendation, product and process implementation, as well as collaborating with the sales team and distributors in communicating with buyers in the industry.
