* Worked with a project team that's task was working on a framework to help the organization focus its effort on initiatives that supported Financial Wellbeing goals for our members.* Supported our Retail Banking leadership in a large number initial research topics as well as specific operational recommendations for items like optimizing staffing levels.

* National Expansion Team (named Red White and Me) was a project team where the executive strategically selected top management talent from various parts of the organization and seconded them to assess feasibility and what work / effort would be required for CCS to move from a Provincial to a Federally Regulated Credit Union. * Successfully identify areas.

* Successfully managing a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. Prioritized project support based on various enterprise and project metrics.* Liaison between various departments and EMPO / ETS to help with critical banking system requests / defects, plus supporting the executive on large number of new Project and Business Requests.

* Represented Retail Banking as a subject matter expert for the Banking System Conversion. Responsibilities included working with developers and business analysts to functionally assess and configure new banking system. Workflow and system configurations I developed during this time was eventually adopted by the banking system vendor to become part of.

* As branch manager I had managed all branch operations including Lending, Investment advisors (was compliance officer) and General Insurance.* Branch goals were consistently in the top quartile with various awards for campaigns, branch of the year, and community choice for top financial institution. * I was consistently selected to train new assistant.
