I joined Indicatura as a Director in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience in P3M, Outcome Management and complex change management. Made valuable contributions in defence, education, fresh produce, manufacturing, publishing and the UK news trade; with hands-on experience of supporting complex capital programmes including risks and dependencies management, cost modelling, benefits management and the development of programme briefs, business cases and target operating models. I have led projects which have identified and enabled over £100m of savings to be realised and as an exponent of Outcome Management, have also helped organisations ensure that their change programmes deliver the expected benefits.With Indicatura, I am responsible for the successful delivery of our client projects.
