As the Director of Food & Beverage at The Stone Canyon Club, I oversee the daily operations of the dining and catering services, ensuring that our members and guests enjoy a high-quality culinary experience. I manage a team of chefs, servers, bartenders, and other staff, who work together to create delicious and diverse menus, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide excellent customer service. I also coordinate with the events department to plan and execute special occasions, such as weddings, parties, and tournaments. I am passionate about food and beverage, and I strive to keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the industry. I have a degree in hospitality management and over 20 years of experience in the field. I am proud to be part of the Stone Canyon family and to contribute to its reputation as one of the finest country clubs in the region.
