 Managing the in house and subcontract installation teams, subcontract electricians, plumbers, builders, plasterers, gas fitters, and any other trade association required to carry out a specific kitchen installation. Responsibility for managing budgets and timetables, agreeing all installation costs, charges and authorising payment of invoices. Liaising directly with clients, architects, builders and interior designers prior to delivery and installation.Completing plumbing and electrical specifications for our subcontract and the client’s trade’s people. Checking and confirming the integrity of all plans with designer sales personnel  Preparing, monitoring, and scheduling the installations timetable Monitoring the performance and quality of all trade’s persons in line with company KPI’s Visiting client / site on completion to ensure customer satisfaction. Working with HR to manage discipline, grievance issues, authorizing holiday leave, sickness pay, etc. Working with Directors on the development of company processes and procedures in line with the rapid expansion of the company.  Liaising with other departments and partners to raise issues that impact upon service delivery, the business or the customer. Responsible for the complete end to end management and facilitation of exhibitionsfrom design through to completion Responsible for managing the overall installation of new showrooms and showroom refurbishments  Using exhibition builds and showroom refurbishments as a training platform for new & existing installers and installation managers.
