Responsibilites include field verification of the LP&L electrical distribution system and updating GE Smallworld GIS Database with accurate plant data using GESW Design Manager.

RECENT PROJECTS: - Fiber As-Built project, Time Warner Cable, multiple systems in south Texas. July 2011 - June 2012. Project included documentation of 3180 splice cans (aerial & underground) & 327 miles of existing and new fiber route mapping. Systems surveyed include Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, & approx 2 dozen smaller systems in the south Texas area.- Fiber transport new-build project, Comcast, Shreveport, LA, Jan-June 2011. Project included 50+ miles of proposed fiber route mapping, pole permitting, TxDot permitting, LA DOTD permitting & RR permitting.- Fiber as-built project, Grande Communications, Dallas, TX, Aug-Nov 2010. - Fiber as-built project, Time Warner Cable, central & southwestern Ohio, April-July 2010. - Commercial serviceability & ROW permitting project, Cox Communications, Phoenix, AZ, June '09 - Feb '10.

Duties in the Network Planning Dept at CHR included: FTTH & HFC system design; OSP field data collection and area coverage surveys utilizing GPS-equipped field computers; CAD/GIS development; contributions on several RUS loan designs. Designed P2P FTTH systems in Olton, Sudan, Earth and Valley View, Texas, in addition to making significant contributions on a number of other design projects as well. Responsible for all phases of pre-construction CATV system mapping projects including base map development, strand/as-built walkout, CAD digitizing, pole permitting, make-ready, and in some cases, system design. Prepared bids and was awarded 33 system mapping and engineering projects by cable MSOs Time Warner Cable and Cox Communications, among others. As prime mapping contractor, successfully completed above projects encompassing over 13,000 miles of new and existing CATV plant, mostly within the state of Texas.

Responsible for all phases of CATV pre-construction plant mapping projects including base map development, strand/as-built walkout, CAD digitizing, permitting, make-ready, system design and related processes. Clients included Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications and North Texas Cablecomm.
