As a communications manager at Quest Corporation of America, Inc., I work closely with the Florida Department of Transportation to provide effective public information outreach to our community regarding construction projects. I am passionate about creating transparent and informative communications that foster understanding and engagement among stakeholders, including local residents, businesses, and elected officials. I leverage a range of communication channels and strategies, including social media, email marketing, and community meetings, to ensure that our community is well-informed and prepared for upcoming construction projects. I have a strong skill set in social media content creation and customer relationship management, which I use to connect with our audience and address their needs and concerns. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to communicate with the diverse and multicultural community of Miami. I am a Miami native and being able to directly communicate and interact with the locals about what is going on around them is fulfilling. I want to inspire others who have had to play with the cards dealt to them and show them that "Si, se puede!"
