    MSP supplies large pumping and trench shoring systems to utility contractors. I was responsible for all rentals, sales and projects in my assigned territory from lead generation and quoting to equipment delivery, set-up and final billing. Additional responsibilities often included maintenance of field equipment. I configured and implemented large wastewater bypass pumping system for Public Works Commission (PWC) of Fayetteville, NC during treatment plant upgrades. The job often required “out of the box” thinking, with which I helped Crowder Construction solve a water clarity problem. We used a special pumping system incorporating a “flocculation” process to reduce environmental impact on a river during a bridge/dam reconstruction project. During my tenure with MSP, I grew solid relationships with key customers and consistently generated $50k to $70K of the branch’s $100k average monthly revenue.
