I started as a Medicaid Rehabilitation Option case manager in the Avon office. My duties included individual assessments, crisis intervention and coordination of clinical care. I then transferred to the Green Willows group home in Greencastle as a Shift Leader, transferred back to Avon and was the Assertive Case Management Team supervisor, and then became the Clubhouse Manager. I also worked with Transitional Employment and Supported Employment specialists at this setting. As a manager of multiple business units, I ensured that staff received adequate training. My business units met financial goals for positive net income and exceeding the original budgeted net income.
