Tabletop Consulting was created during the pandemic as an innovative way to create Real Estate Strategies for commercial tenants.Tabletop Lead the strategy, design and build for 15 firms going through a workplace transformation, ranging from 2k ft up to 50k ft. Developed client strategies for Relocation, Upsize, Downsize, Emergency Preparedness, Work From Home Programs, Change Management, and a variety of other complex Real Estate problems.

Oversaw all Sales and Business Development initiatives for the firm. Lead the company to being the fastest growing Herman Miller dealer in North America 2019-2022Created a Furniture Management program for our clients to maximize the value of their purchases. The success of that program has made Furniture Management a common practice in Commercial Procurement. Developed the first dealer driven, unbiased, online furniture catalogue that automated a portion of our client engagement, leading to record profits for the firm.My success with the firm made Business Interiors a target for acquisition, which COI did in May 2022.

Responsible for managing existing and developing new corporate accounts with a focus on large, national or global firms. Accounts could include end users, property managers, developers, healthcare, hospitality, education, and government.Selected to lead the local workplace strategy program "Living Office", which resulted in facilitating over 40 client data collection workshops, and producing "Space Allocation Models" to be used in Real Estate decisions.
