About Jeff Batstone

A Leader in the IT industry for ovr 20 years. During this time I’ve had the unique opportunity to gain experience in three of the key areas of IT; Solutions Delivery, Quality Control and Operations. In the Solutions Delivery area I’ve successfully acted as Developer, Tester, Quality Control Supervisor, Project Manager and Delivery Team Manager. This includes leading a team to CMM Level 2 and CMM Level 3 certifications and personally achieving my PMP Certification. In the QC area I’ve acted as supervisor, improving this area by implementing new procedures and practices. Finally, in the Operations area I’ve acted as Manager of Business Support, improving operational effectiveness.
