• Negotiated contracts with re-distribution partners and managed a re-distribution program, moving +6M cases annually saving $1.00 per case. Further developed re-distribution strategy, including refrigeration as part of.
• Support brand marketing calendars for LTO (limited time offer) and new product launches by ensuring optimal distribution network and execution.
• Supported supply assurance programs during COVID by opening 17 re-distribution centers for at-risk products during limited frozen warehousing capacity.

• Developed a price audit (i.e. Monitoring) service including team and systems to ensure member stores (22,000+ domestically) paid the proper price for their food and paper products based on negotiated supplier.
• Developed systems and processes to audit pricing for 2.6M invoices annually and 95M line items, supporting 22K stores.
• LTD recoveries of monies for franchise partners due to pricing discrepancies were $18M+.
• Resulting systems development provided guidance in development of overall supply chain visibility systems, still in existence today. Oversaw systems enhancements led to decrease in monitoring staff from 6 FTE to 1 FTE.
• Led administration of global pricing system (GPS), ensuring proper communication with trading partners for supply chain execution against supplier contracts.
• Led data management processes, ensuring proper management of distributor data collections and product mapping processes to support supply chain visibility systems.
