Optimized supply chain network to drive out costs, including re-distribution strategies. • Developed freight strategies by partnering with 3PL’s and warehousing providers that produced $50M in benefits over the last 6 years.• Developed systems to support annual freight procurement, including analytics to benchmarks to support negotiations and final approval of rates.• Negotiated contracts with re-distribution partners and managed a re-distribution program, moving +6M cases annually saving $1.00 per case.
