Assure Medical Center building complies with all Local, State, Federal, and Regulatory (e.g. JCAHO, OSHA) requirements and standards. In collaboration with administrators, managers/supervisors, and Facilities Department representatives, identify and recommend actions necessary to assure ongoing compliance. Participate in and provide leadership to departments and committees accountable for thorough review and follow up on concerns.Coordinate, in conjunction with administrators, managers, supervisors, staff, Facilities Department representatives, and building tenants all Medical Center minor remodels, office moves, planned/unplanned building maintenance projects, and ongoing building management needs.
