• Collaborate with a small team to collect and analyze service data for Kia automobiles in the USA in order tomaintain & improve quality across entire Kia lineup• Create and maintain reports for current top issues, monitoring of already counter-measured issues, andupcoming issues using Excel and Powerpoint• Coordinate with part suppliers & dealerships to investigate issues, including onsite and offsite testing• Analyze service data from warranty claims, consumer affairs cases, and Tech Line cases to form trending issuesby platform, head unit type, production date, and other parameters• Provide expert multimedia assistance to Tech Line agents for challenging dealership cases
