As Foundations Director, I work with a variety of incredibly capable and earnest faculty and teaching graduate students to ensure all first year art students at Florida State University have the technical and conceptual skills to succeed at their studies within FSU's Department of Art. As BA Director, I advocate for the needs and success of all current BA students in the Department of Art. I am currently developing coursework to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to build a sustainable life in the arts post-graduation. I additionally teach 3 courses a year at both the undergraduate and graduate level, as needed by the Department of Art.

For 3 years I ran the Ceramics and Sculpture Facilities.My last year my duties were extended to include the coordination of the Ingham-Chapman Gallery Coordinator and overseeing the Art Area Budget.
