Jeff leads the corporate citizenship and public affairs teams at Blue Cross, helping to enhance the company’s brand and reputation through targeted community investments, focused volunteerism, environmental sustainability activities and strategic relationship management with community organizations, civic, business and elected officials. He is responsible for strategically linking CSR, climate action and public affairs work to the company’s overall business strategy, increasing brand visibility and thought leadership in support of overall business goals.

Jeff teaches Managing for Social Impact course focused on providing students with a well-defined, interdisciplinary co-concentration focused on analyzing the multifaceted impacts of today’s global corporations and understanding the personal and professional challenges of managing organizations to foster sustainability and the public good.

Jeff served as an adjunct professor of Public Affairs at Emerson College.

Manage regional (MA, RI, ME, VT, NH) business development and operations for professional services consulting firm. Responsible for practice strategy, business development and client service, focusing team efforts on growing revenue with Fortune 1000 clients in key service offerings including, finance and accounting, human capital, supply chain management, internal audit, information management and legal services. Head global public relations and marketing team, with focus on creating branded, global visibility opportunities for the company, identifying strategic opportunities to build the brand through local and national media venues, as well as through other marketing, new and social media outlets, as well as various public visibility channels.
