Office Service Manager
CurrentOffice Services Manager tasked with managing the planning and operations aspects of daily operations; safety and security; business continuity and event response; space planning; move coordination; mailroom; reception; and real estate management (landlord and tenant responsibilities). • Oversee daily operational office activities of Los Angeles corporate office with over 1,300 associates, while ensuring that they all have an impeccable, safe and comfortable working environment.• Coordinate work among external third parties (including vendors, landlords, consultants and regulating authorities), and implement internal functions (Legal, Risk Management and Procurement).• Provide situational coaching, set metrics to measure results and manage construction and relocation projects. • Maintain responsibility for a facilities management of 400,000 square feet of space, in a Class A high-rise building. • Manage a facilities budget of over $10,000,000 with vendor management oversight of over 50 vendors.
