I make sure that people get the product they ordered when they expect it.I have had the fortune of being able to rotate through every role in supply chain; manufacturing, engineering, procurement & sourcing, supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, project management, …. • I have modeled & analyzed & designed & redesigned networks to drive efficiencies, saving time and cost while enabling new capabilities and products.• I have worked with suppliers large and small across many continents, always with the goal of finding win-win solutions.• I have forecasted more launches and sales scenarios than I can count, successfully foreseeing, planning for and delivering rapid growth across multiple categories.• I have led project teams large and small, global and regional, and each time delivered.• I designed game-changing production machines and then lived with them to make sure I hadn’t missed anything.
