Responsibilities include obtaining gas meter reads for move-ins/move-outs, rereads, difficult to access reads (maintained office read percentage of 99.2%), staying on schedule, verify accuracy for all employee reads, Field Lead for 10 employees, first contact for any experiencing difficulties, decision making, accident and injury investigations and reports, employee audits. Office duties were making daily work assignments, entering data for billing and production reports, KPI, Oracle, emails, and cover for supervisor on days off.

Responsible for making and quality of fiberglass, maintaining machines and melter, troubleshooting, problem solving, use of proper PPEs, maintain safe/clean work area.

Involved in every aspect of the foundry, including training other employees on several jobs. Manually poured iron, operated melting and holding furnaces, knockout and rebuild furnaces, testing and quality control of iron and sand, inspect molds and final products for defects, maintain and setup machinery, operated head and block grinders, hoists, air hammers, HMC, Lamberton, and cherry picker. Certified forklift operator, loading of trucks and shipping processes, enter data into computers, troubleshooting, problem solving, use of proper PPEs, general and shutdown cleanup.
