Jeff is a leader amongst professional Facilities Managers in the Property and Facility Management industry. Jeff has gained extensive experience in operational roles through his employment with a number of national and internationally recognised infrastructure service providers.

Commencing his employment with JLL in 2020, Jeff was employed in the capacity of Facilities Manager, managing an iconic, nationally branded critical facility located in Melbourne's west. As the on-site Facilities Manager, Jeff was responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management delivery (hard and soft services) including Essential Safety Measures and Life Safety Systems. Jeff’s trade background and technical approach to problem solving has been a key to his success. Jeff’s knowledge in building operations assists in dealing with senior government and non-government business leaders and has led to the successful delivery and management of multiple contract delivery models. Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, Jeff is also responsible for the asset and lifecycle audits and creation of subsequent maintenance planning, for both new and existing buildings and facilities in his portfolio.

As the on-site Facilities Manager, Jeff was responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management delivery (hard and soft services) including Essential Services Management and Life Safety Systems. Located at the Melbourne Airport precinct, Jeff’s role involved working alongside Security and Quarantine departments whilst engaged to manage the Facilities Management aspect of a large freight/parcel/mail processing facility.
