I practice neuromuscular and craniosacral therapy. Neuromuscular therapy deactivates myofascial trigger points that cause pain and restricted range of motion. Craniosacral therapy relieves pressure and restriction in the fascia surrounding the brain and spinal cord. I have been fortunate enough in my lifetime to have had debilitating headaches caused by a car accident. I have had a rotator cuff injury due to overuse that left me unable to lift my arm. I have also experienced low back pain that made bending over, or getting out of bed impossible. All of these issues have been completely resolved with the use of this kind of manual therapy. Not every condition responds well to my therapy, but a surprising amount of people find it is exactly what they have been missing in their struggle for a pain-free and functional body. I'm always interested in working with new clients, but i also tutor/consult currently practicing massage therapists and students. I have worked with many sports teams and different kinds of athletes (runners, football and futbol, tennis, golf, baseball, musicians, computer endurance, etc) and offer special packages for interested organizations.
