I was Responsible for the coordination of Fire Alarm systems design, engineering, documentation, including all state submitted paperwork, and conducted system acceptance testing and end user training. I was the key point of contact for all projects, assisted the sales department with proposal and bid documenation, performed all system designs, and reviewed/approved all quotations. I continually increased profit margins by effectivley managing the change order process, while attending all job site meetings and coordinating system installations with the service department.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while while creating new business in fire alarm, sound and communication, integrated security and clock system equipment in the Washtenaw, Jackson, Adrian, Battle Creek, Lansing, Mt. Pleasant territory.

I was responsible for the implementation, product procurement, and manpower scheduling for the on-time completion of multiple/complex integrated life safety and security projects. I coordinated system engineering and documentation, field operations with subcontractors, negotiated change orders, and conducted system testing and customer acceptance. I managed major local ( University of Michigan) and national ( Ford Motor Company) accounts. I also controlled project costs, including regularly exceeding established profit margins, perfomed monthly and quarterly forecasts and budget reports.
