Responsible for IT strategy and operations. Administratively responsible for Public Relations/Gov't Relations and Volunteer Services.

Responsible for all non-clinical applications, including ERP, revenue cycle, business intelligence, web development and integration. Interim responsiblity for all clinical applications, including physician practice EHR/EPM, acute care clinical systems, ancillary services, CPOE and informatics.

Focused on developing service line infrastructure for oncology and cardiovascular services, including development of metrics, scorecards and staffing model. Served as interim Service Line Director for Oncology at Mercy Fitzgerald and Mercy Philadelphia hospitals

Senior IT executive for five hospitals and a large home health agency. Set IT strategy in collaboration with parent company (Catholic Health East) and provided leadership and oversight of execution. Lead local technology teams in key IT infrastructure improvements, service delivery and program/project management.Rebuilt network infrastructure, stabilized server environment, and selected/implemented key technologies incliding EDIS, CV PACS, PACS, bar-code medication administration, physician practice management/EMR, Lawson ERP, etc.

Developed shared services decision support function for five local hospitals. Lead transition of application from former health system owner to Mercy/Catholic Health East. Developed team to support cost accounting, monthly data processing, analytic support and end-user assistance. Lead CHE-wide Business Decision Support Task Force, resulting in selection of a new corporate standard decision support application. Served as lead for CHE-wide Accounts Payable redesign as a precursor to Lawson ERP implementation.
