Responsible for developing and directing sales of all season, group and corporate ticket packages. Duties also included selling sponsorship packages to local and statewide companies. Worked directly with General Manager to develop and implement marketing and ticket promotions to help exemplify our team’s slogan of “affordable family fun”. As Director of Media Relations, served as the organizations liaison to local and statewide media outlets as well as the production of all media publications including press releases, website stories, game day program, media guide, and team website.-Increased season ticket base by almost 21% in first season.-Increased group ticket sales by 16% in first season.-Increased yearly attendance by almost 10% in second season.

Responsible for a number of different marketing, and marketing department tasks. Reported directly to Director of Marketing on a number of vital assignments. -Responsible for all on field contests. Duties included making arrangements with contestants prior to game days as well as coordinating all aspects of the event.-Responsible for Marketing Department in-house corporate events and league mandated NFL wide events. Also responsible for planning, execution and delivery, as well as recapping analysis. These events also included client services and hospitality for sponsor representatives.-Served as coordinator of the Market Research Program. Hired 15 volunteers during the season from various local colleges to collect research and data from fans including demographics, opinions questions, and hospitality questions. Duties also included analysis, end of the year report presentation, as well as personal recommendations for the 2007 season.-Helped oversee “Pack Attack” game day volunteers which assisted in a number of game day tasks including contests, game day distribution of giveaways, and game day events.-Responsible for the supervision of more than 120 game day giveaway distribution volunteers. Coordinated more efficient procedure on the handling and distribution of more than 72,000 items on each game day.
