Work In Progress is a non for profit agency who's Mission is to provide qualified candidates to the local job market by referring people who have experienced mental illness or emotional problems to the appropriate job opportunity within Lexington and Richland Counties. We provide individual placement and support through intense job coaching and employment counseling.

Human Resources Director supporting BCBSSC's Government Programs subsidiary - Palmetto GBA headquartered in Columbia, SC. Managed and collaborated with a team of 10 Human Resources Professionals. Developed, administrated and implemented multiple recruiting approach for a 3,000 employee contact center project supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Other responsibilities included day to day oversight of background screening and contingency staffing suppliers.
