Over 13 years experience in the Alcohol Beverage Manufacturing industry. My primary career has been in beer production, however, I have spent time manufacturing cider, spirits, wine, and mead. I am originally from Utah, and I am currently the Winery Operations Manager for Old Town Cellars. I have been employed at Proper Brewing Company as their director of operations, I have also been employed by Brewers Cooperative, and Epic Brewing Company. I have lived in Oregon where I worked for Breakside Brewing Company, House Spirits Distillery, and Reverend Nat's Hard Cider. I have managed many crews, with many different personalities. I have completed my MBA at Southern Utah University. I would love to gain more experience and continue to use my skills.
