Serve on University Curriculum Committee that manages college and department curriculum needs. Chair University FERPA Compliance committee.

Provide leadership for all institutional admissions and registrar related activities for selective, private university with international leadership mission. With college deans' support, centralized academic advising and standardized advisement policies, procedures, and practices. Lead recruitment efforts that spans Asian Rim and Pacific Island countries in addition to Hawaiian Islands and the US mainland. Transitioned university enrollment to more than 50% international students (highest international-to-US ratio of any US University). Work with US consulates, foreign government officials, and university personnel to secure legal and safe access to BYUH. Organized leadership efforts to maintain student work authorization, coordination, and cooperation with the Polynesian Cultural Center (#1 paid tourist attraction in Hawaii). Lead the University-wide PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS) transition team.

Provide leadership and direction for all enrollment and student services functions of the University of Northern Colorado, including undergraduate admissions, records and registration, academic advising and student services. Responsible for achieving key objectives of the Universities Strategic Plan. Serve as the leader for the full range of Enrollment Management efforts including research, strategic planning, program implementation, and student retention. Standing member with College Deans on University Curriculum Committee assuring academic curriculum objectives and program need are met. Institutional accreditation and compliance member. Report directly to the University Provost.

The University Registrar is responsible for maintenance of all academic records, transcript production, student registration, state tuition classification, evaluation of student eligibility for graduation, classroom scheduling, commencement services and student enrollment verification. The office serves as the central source of student data essential for providing mandated state and federal reporting. The Registrar serves as a central resource for making academic and student-related university decisions, policies and procedures. The Registrar serves both on and off-campus students. In addition, faculty, staff and administration are represented by the Registrar's participation on several university-wide committees, on state and national professional organizations, and at the state commission of higher education. The Registrar is responsible for managing the Summer and Evening Academic Division. This division is responsible for all academic course programming for the Summer Terms and the Evening Sessions. The Registrar manages five separate financial budgets and is hiring authority for personnel matters.

The Associate Registrar was responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the Registrar's Office identified above.
